• Project Postings: Project title, description, location (city/state/pincode), budget range, timeline, and attached images or drawings.
• Bids & Proposals: Bid amounts, timelines, and written proposals submitted in response to projects.
• Communications: Messages exchanged via our in-platform chat system.
• Payment Information: We do not store full card details. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.
• Reviews & Ratings: Feedback submitted after project completion.
• Support Enquiries: Content of messages sent through our contact form.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Device Information: Device type, screen resolution, and hardware model.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address or GPS (with your permission).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

• Between Platform Users: When a homeowner posts a project, their project details (not personal contact info) become visible to matching professionals. Similarly, professional profiles are visible to homeowners browsing our platform.
• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies for hosting (servers), email delivery, SMS, analytics, and payment processing. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Verification Partners: Document and identity verification agencies for professional onboarding.
• Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Instamojo, or other PCI-compliant payment processors as applicable.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information to law enforcement, courts, or government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to the same protections.

We never share private messages, contact numbers, or payment details between homeowners and professionals without your explicit action (e.g., awarding a project).
